One of Sweden’s most lauded progressive rock bands formed in 1994 and were at their most prolific around the millenial shift when they released their first three cult albums. A.C.T‘s style can be described as “old school progressive”, with strong pop elements – influences include ELO, Queen and Saga. After the fourth album Silence (2006) came a long silence, not broken until 2014 and the eventual arrival of Circus Pandemonium. A.C.T are also a highly praised live act and Herman Saming has often been called a world-class singer. (from Swedenrock.com).
