Pittsburgh metallers Lady Beast issue their latest creation, The Vultures Amulet on April 03, 2020, via Reaper Metal Productions. The first single, “The Gift” is available on YouTube (or below).

Vocalist Deb says about the song:

“When we first wrote this track the lyrics were initially inspired by my nephew…a spirit who showed me how to love in a way I never knew…but it hit me through the process where I realized the song just isn’t about my nephew…its about the greatest gift anyone can give or receive. That gift is love.” The lyrics are printed below as well.

THE GIFT

Sister of blood,
brought life into winter’s death.
A future guide..
A pure light takes its first breath.
I had no idea of what is to come.
With this new life, a new dream’s begun.
With many stories soon to come.
And in my words, they will hold a truth,
that I now pass on to you to bring you light and love!
